Can't even play the game mode well

Great guy, friendly and Lead Team or Owner on almost every server(this can be taken both negative and positive but Xnator have shown that he is fully capable to handle all this, if he weren't then why would he still be staff).

Imagine spending all your spare time on a Garry's Mod community and not gaining anything from it,

no doubt that you will do a great job as a head admin
question is whether you will be able to maintain all the servers you staff on or not

You should rather focus on some of your developing first and reviving your servers than apply for HA where we would require you to be on SSRP quite more frequently to maintain the servers with HA powers or whatnot. I understand that you are trying to be dedicated but it's fairly obvious that it's overwhelming and there are much better candidates than you, good luck.

As Clarky said, i think you would need to focus on ssrp the most, which would be a problem considering you are server developer + owner at a few gamemodes, which would prevent you from being on ssrp as much.
You are a oudstanding staff member, and you put in a ton of work in allot of the gamemodes you are a lead team member on, respect for that. But again, i dont think you would have the time to properly staff on ssrp when you are on that many gamemodes.

this is your activity this week, you own 2 servers, develop one other and lt on every other. this sort of activity isnt good enough for someone applying for head admin on ssrp. It's not the same as lead team on any other server it requires way more time especially more than this. Good luck otherwise.

Reading through this app I would say your personal qualities that you possess make you a terrible candidate for any LT position in this community. Instead of arguing back publicly on the forums when someone gives their opinion on you, you should learn to accept any criticism that other players give to you and work towards any improvements that have been suggested.

In my opinion, from looking at what you've responded to other players I would say your attitude and maturity needs working on before you are truly ready for LT positions, not taking into account of how good a staff member you may be or how many positions you currently have. I would suggest you work on these qualities and stop replying to any negative feedback you get from others as it doesn't make you look good.
