As Clarky said, i think you would need to focus on ssrp the most, which would be a problem considering you are server developer + owner at a few gamemodes, which would prevent you from being on ssrp as much.
You are a oudstanding staff member, and you put in a ton of work in allot of the gamemodes you are a lead team member on, respect for that. But again, i dont think you would have the time to properly staff on ssrp when you are on that many gamemodes.
