Reading through this app I would say your personal qualities that you possess make you a terrible candidate for any LT position in this community. Instead of arguing back publicly on the forums when someone gives their opinion on you, you should learn to accept any criticism that other players give to you and work towards any improvements that have been suggested.

In my opinion, from looking at what you've responded to other players I would say your attitude and maturity needs working on before you are truly ready for LT positions, not taking into account of how good a staff member you may be or how many positions you currently have. I would suggest you work on these qualities and stop replying to any negative feedback you get from others as it doesn't make you look good.
