Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
So during the time of me being a moderator on Zarp which is a week, i have done nearly 100 F1's which is good within my time and i can do more f1's possible if i get access to more tools and it will also help the community as well as ive been on the server alone whilst there was mass rdm'ers and i had to deal everyones f1 and deal with mass rdm'ers. It will be good for me and the community because if i am alone on the server again i can do more f1's easier and be quicker to sort things out like bringing so i can pick them up so its easier and the community because it makes there f1's easier and quicker.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I was alone on the server [only staff online] and there was MRDM'ers on the server killing everyone in spawn and it was challenging because i had to try and get out of spawn without dying and when i tp'ed one of the mrdm'ers i got killed by them so when i froze one of them i normally got killed by one of there friends and so i had to try and go around it by looking for a spot where i cannot be shot constantly whilst trying to deal with them, as i couldnt find a place so i had to make a box where i cannot be shot from and where people inside cannot see where it was and when i got them all under control by freezing them, they all left and as i was about to save all there Steam ID's to give to a admin whenever they joined to ban them but i crashed and couldnt get the ip's after i rejoined.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I will speak to the person who banned player x and ask why they banned them permanently as it was needed and should of been a kick and then if they give me a reason like they carried on after a kick etc. I will goto the appeal and say that his ban will be reduced from a perma to 2 days and tell not to do when they gets unbanned from the server and if so he will be warned each time he does it.

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):

I think that i should be promoted because i have done alot of f1's for the first week which was a challenge but it was a good experience of doing the f1's and made me understand how i should control during sits and i think that i could do even more if can get access to more tools and sort out my own bans if no other admins online and also i would like to be there for moderators and help them if they dont understand and also deal with people who scam because it is frustrating when you get scammed and i would like to deal with that, also i will be doing responding to more applications and appeals when they're put up and make sure i can try respond to each one so make sure that my input is put into the post so others can review it, but i will like to be staff because i really like being moderator and think that i can do more with more tools and also help more people other than the community with f1's etc. But i would like to be admin as it makes it easier on many levels, but moderator isnt useless as it is a good role to be but i would like to get promoted so i can do more to help.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP DarkRP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.
