Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
So during the time of me being a moderator on Zarp which is a week, i have done nearly 100 F1's which is good within my time and i can do more f1's possible if i get access to more tools and it will also help the community as well as ive been on the server alone whilst there was mass rdm'ers and i had to deal everyones f1 and deal with mass rdm'ers. It will be good for me and the community because if i am alone on the server again i can do more f1's easier and be quicker to sort things out like bringing so i can pick them up so its easier and the community because it makes there f1's easier and quicker.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I was alone on the server [only staff online] and there was MRDM'ers on the server killing everyone in spawn and it was challenging because i had to try and get out of spawn without dying and when i tp'ed one of the mrdm'ers i got killed by them so when i froze one of them i normally got killed by one of there friends and so i had to try and go around it by looking for a spot where i cannot be shot constantly whilst trying to deal with them, as i couldnt find a place so i had to make a box where i cannot be shot from and where people inside cannot see where it was and when i got them all under control by freezing them, they all left and as i was about to save all there Steam ID's to give to a admin whenever they joined to ban them but i crashed and couldnt get the ip's after i rejoined.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I will speak to the person who banned player x and ask why they banned them permanently as it was needed and should of been a kick and then if they give me a reason like they carried on after a kick etc. I will goto the appeal and say that his ban will be reduced from a perma to 2 days and tell not to do when they gets unbanned from the server and if so he will be warned each time he does it.

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):

I think that i should be promoted because i have done alot of f1's for the first week which was a challenge but it was a good experience of doing the f1's and made me understand how i should control during sits and i think that i could do even more if can get access to more tools and sort out my own bans if no other admins online and also i would like to be there for moderators and help them if they dont understand and also deal with people who scam because it is frustrating when you get scammed and i would like to deal with that, also i will be doing responding to more applications and appeals when they're put up and make sure i can try respond to each one so make sure that my input is put into the post so others can review it, but i will like to be staff because i really like being moderator and think that i can do more with more tools and also help more people other than the community with f1's etc. But i would like to be admin as it makes it easier on many levels, but moderator isnt useless as it is a good role to be but i would like to get promoted so i can do more to help.

[spoiler]Hello and congratulations on becoming a ZARP staff member! In this guide it will teach everything which a ZARP Moderator needs to know.
As a Moderator for ZARP you should always try to be friendly to the community and help people if they need it. If you need help at all about a sit or anything dont be afraid to as anyone else in @ or /// [b][ ADMIN CHAT ][/b] because we are here to help you as we don't look down on you so dont be shy to ask for help if you dont understand.

[b][u]Here is all the commands which you can use in chat which a moderator should need to know as they're important:[/u][/b]
/kick "player"
This kicks a player from the server after they have been rule breaking and don't use straight away unless they're prop spamming and refuse to remove and no admins are online to remove them.
Mute chat
This is used via tab menu to mute someone from the chat so no one can see what they type and should be used if they're spamming or being racist in chat.
Unban from job
This is done via the tab menu to unban a player from a job used when a player is randomly demoted.
/freeze "player"
This command freezes the target player indefinitely use the scoreboard to set a timer or you can do via tab menu if you want it for a certain time.
/unfreeze "player"
This command unfreezes the target player.
/slay "player"
This command slays the player and it is not really used to often.
Mute Globally
This is also done via tab menu to mute there voice globally and only needed to be done if needed so being racist in chat or mic spamming and after warns doesnt listen and has to be set for a certain time. [Min time - 30 Seconds Max time - Indefinitely]
/warn "SteamID" "reason"
/unwarn "SteamID" "reason"
To warn or unwarn a player I recommend you to use there steamID so you don't warn the wrong person but you can warn by name.
/teleport "player" or /tp "player"
Teleports the player where you are looking.
/goto "player"
Used to goto a player.
/bring [player]
Used to bring a player
/back [player] or /backspawn [player]
Sends a player to there previous location before being teleported or back to spawn.
/tp
TPs you to the location that you're aiming at.
[b]The tab menu you can get someone's steam id or steam profile link etc. if you hold tab and click the person you're looking for and the tab menu should look like this if you click a players name:[/b]

There are are 4 tabs on the F1 menu :
Admin requests : Shows all F1's players have made to handle one just right click click "Handle" and then right click again to goto ect.

Warnings : Shows all warnings since server last restarted.

Logging : Shows the logs of who was killed and by who, job change, name change, money dropped etc.

Active NLR : Shows who has NLR and what district it is in.

There is also an F6 menu to search for punishments e.g warnings, bans, kicks, mutes and more you can search a player steamID when they are offline.
