TOPIC: [SSRP Head Administrator] SyStem's Application

To begin with, i think that. The qualifications in my opnion are that im a very calm and helpfull guy.
The past month ive encountered a decent amount of situations which needed to be done by someone with allot of experience within the community, and i seem to have solved the issues myself. When there was a situation that was a bit tricky for me, i did get a little help by a community manager, but other than that, ive learned how to basically get rid of issues within the servers, within no time.
I also do belive that the time i have been on zarp, really helped me achieve a sertain skill to handle any situation without problem, and also me being superadmin really helped on that aswell, and i do feel i have what's needed to take it a step further into the leadteam. Ive helped numerous staff members, also superadmins in situations that seemed too frustating, and cleared out the problem without any mistakes, with help of my fellow staff members.

My goals for the team in twentyeighteen. I want the staff team to become more friendly towards everyone, especially amongs themselves in the team. I do feel that the whole semi serious roleplay team are like one big family or coleges if you will.And that means, that we need to stick together through the hard times, and the good ones. So i want to fight for a better place for everyone, especially my fellow staff members.

Help superadmins help out admins and mods to achieve the same they did ones they got that rank, and also help and guide them through the hard situations, and help them get calm and resolve the issue without problem.Also help superadmins catch hackers professionally as they should, whenever.

The most important part as a headadministrator i would want to keep everyone together, as i mentioned before. Dont let anyone get too stressed, annoyed or let them do a unprofessional job, when it comes to staffing. Basically keep everyone there, where they do their best as a staff member, and dont let anyone down.

I also want to create teamwork amongs everyone in the staffing team. Which would benefit us all and make life easier. That way, the new staff members would get the feeling of really being helped, guided through situations. And not pushed or forced to do something that they maybe have troubles with to begin with. But show them and work with them in that sertain task they have.

The number one thing i could say why I should be chosen over someone else mostly that i am mature at all times.I have also been here since the begining of zarp, which means that i know basically almost everything there is to know about the history of this community, the people and the staff team. Which would help me in many situations.

The past year, i'd say, ive proven myself trust worthy and helpful to almost every kind of person there is on the semi serious roleplaying servers, ive met allot of people which helped me get a special feeling for zarp as a community. It has shown me that not only do i need to be here to help everyone, but also be here to be the one guy that everyone comes to for not only zarp problems, but also real life problems. Ive helped people through rough and hard times, and helped them get back on their feet again.

As a staff member in this community ive become immune to allot of negative things, which helped me to never give up, and always stay positive and just keep on doing my job. As i should. Which made me get even more dedicated towards doing my job, and finish it professionally, at all times. I want to use all of the stuff ive gained over the past few years on zarp, to really show it to everyone, and put in even more work as a headadministrator for semi serious roleplay.
