Could you perhaps describe what you mean with this? I honestly do not understand it.

Your application is decent. Sorry to sy but the pictures look absolutely horrible and honestly should not be anywhere near an application on the forums, but the stuff you've got in the application is good enough.

I'd appreciate it if you could be more specific in the application. Describe specific situationd where you go more in-depth into what you have done and achieved as a Super Admin.

As a Head Administrator, you are also meant to ensure that the Lead Team performs optimally. This includes, but is not limited to, dealing with issues between various Lead Team members.

I think you can understand where I'm going, right? The issue between you and another Super Admin was something I had to solve (I enjoy doing that by the way, even though I'm no longer staff) and although it wasn't exactly anyone's fault and really just miscommunication, you did make several mistakes. The biggest screw-up you have done I will not describe here, but just know that Lead Team members have limits as to what they're allowed to do as well, and you stepped way over those boundaries.

I understand you were trying to do the right thing, but you had no right to do what you did and it only made the situation worse.

You tendto be very condesending. I'm unsure if it's because of your age or if it's because of something else, but whenever you deal with situations you keep talking about how dissapointed you are. Please just stop with that. It either only makes the person sad or you piss them off and in a few cases both. You cannot help people that way and you're completely missing the mark with what you're actually trying to do.

You're doing good overall. Give it a few months and try to handle situations better and you'll have all the experience and capabilities required of a Head Admin to get you accepted.

Very efficient staff member and when he wants to can be very fair however he holds grudges a lot and almost always allows these grudges to cloud his judgement as a staff member.
