You're an amazing staff member, and there is no doubt that with your dedication and very calm and friendly attitude, that you will make a good Lead Team member in the future. I believe that you just need some more time, maybe a few weeks or so, in order to gain more experience with staffing and being an Admin, and in that time I believe you need to try to be more vocal in meetings, as that is something that we look for in Lead Team members.
Keep doing what you're doing, as you're doing a great job, I just think you need some more time, and then you'll have my full support. Good luck!

The issue I see with YOU Skeleton is you yourself don't fully trust the Lead Team or just you aren't comfortable with them. As someone applying for Lead Team you should be able to respect their decisions and opinions and right now I don't think you do. Why do I think this? Well for this alone:

Personally the fact you think the Lead Team is corrupt is you being overly confident in your self. You got denied for a reason and just because you cant comprehend that does not mean they are corrupt. Before you say "Oh I didn't mean it, it was just the heat of the moment" or something along the lines of that. Don't. You said this and you meant it.

Lol he says you have to lick ass when hes been licking systems since he came back. Corgi doesn't do that to anyone lol.

I personally feel like you are doing an amazing job as an admin right now. You have been in the admin team for a very short time though, so I personally feel like you should collect some more experience before being accepted as SA. one of the few staff members who actually do their job and help people out even if they dont make an f1. corgi is amazing at her job and isnt like full on f1 hungry like some other administrators. even if she hasnt been in the community for a while i think 2 months is enough. if u dont give her SA imma come and stabby stabby. There's a certain bias aspect to it, if you don't stay in spacers with them and go off and do your own thing with your own friends there's been a track record of people who do that not getting the position, likewise if you do sit in spacers with them brown nose a bit and apply after that then your chances are significantly higher. Admitting it or not there is an aspect of brown nosing in obtaining the position.
