You're an amazing staff member, and there is no doubt that with your dedication and very calm and friendly attitude, that you will make a good Lead Team member in the future. I believe that you just need some more time, maybe a few weeks or so, in order to gain more experience with staffing and being an Admin, and in that time I believe you need to try to be more vocal in meetings, as that is something that we look for in Lead Team members.
