Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I have been a Moderator for almost 3 weeks now (3 weeks when the meeting starts). It has been rough. Open tab, freeze, grab the steamid, and do whatever you'll need to do to do your job. I have been Trained TWICE now. First training was that i didn't know few things and the reason why i got retrained is that i was sleepy. People have complained about me. Luckily not that much that it would get me in huge trouble. I've asked many admins for help. Few of them are friends so it's easier. Best way to learn how to be a mod is that by doing it.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
So many small things. Such as Owned doors. AFK People. Prop Block. LTAP (Easy to deal with). People out of the map. Entities spawning out of the map.And doing f1's in stealth mode if necessary.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

So first I'm gonna do this.
Here is a guide of the most important commands that may need to use during your time as a Moderator: [For the complete list of commands, look in the tab menu and format them like this. /"command name" "player" "reason"]
/freeze "player"
This command freezes the target player indefinitely use the scoreboard to set a timer.
/unfreeze "player"
This command unfreezes the target player.
/slay "player"
This command slays the player and it is not really used to often.
Unban from job
This is done via the tab menu to unban a player from a job used when a player is randomly demoted.
/kick "player"
Kicks a player from the server used when a player is prop spamming / massively breaking rules only use if there are no admins available to ban the player.
/warn "SteamID" "reason"
/unwarn "SteamID" "reason"
To warn or unwarn a player I recommend you to use there steamID so you don't warn the wrong person but you can warn by name.
/teleport "player" or /tp "player"
Teleports the player where you are looking.
/goto "player"
Used to goto a player.
/bring [player]
Used to bring a player
/back [player] or /backspawn [player]
Sends a player to there previous location before being teleported or back to spawn.
/tp
TPs you to the location that you're aiming at.
- F1 Menu :
There are are 3 tabs on the F1 menu :
Admin requests: Shows all F1's players have made to handle one just right click click "Handle" and then right click again to goto ect
Warnings: Shows all warnings since server last restarted.
Logging : Shows the logs
There is also an F6 menu to search for punishments e.g warnings, bans, kicks, mutes and more you can search a player steamID when they are offline.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I've talked with the person who banned you and we decided to unban you. If you do it again we will have to permanent ban you again.

I've talked with ... and we came to a conclusion. We've decided to keep the ban and you have a lot of time to read the rules.
You can appeal again in 1 week.

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words): I think i should be promoted because being a mod is a hard job and keeping an eye on somebody is a hard job also as a Moderator. So i want to improve that. I've gained a lot of experience such as to keep calm. I've been working hard in my 2 weeks and at my 3rd week I haven't done so much F1's because of school. When i have free time from school I'm basically only on Zarp. 7 Hours a day atleast or with my friends easily 10 hours. I think that in staff community it's better if people have different timezones, because then the servers will be clean.
