Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
I would link them a video / tell them to watch a video. If they don't understand it I would explain them the a-d bhop. When you move your mouse to the left you press A, when you move your mouse to the right you press D.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
First I would give them a verbal warning. If the don't stop, I would mute / gag the person for the appropriate time. After that if he still spams, I would mute / gag the person for the rest of the round.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
First I would tell them that they are using an exploit and that it isn't allowed. If they continue to use the exploit, I would warn them. If he / she is still using the exploit I would call an Admin to ban the person.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I am currently a Deathrun Admin, so I'm trusted with powers. Also I really like to help people when they need help, even if I'm not a staff member. I don't like it when players can't play a game correctly like it should.
I've been in the situation that a person was mic spamming and I couldn't stop him. I tried to stop him without powers, but I couldn't. If I had Moderator I would have muted him.

Extra Information: (Not Required)
If I'm not that active sometimes it is because of Deathrun, school and dancing. Most important for me is school, then dancing, then zarp.

Great staff member on deathrun and has proven himself trusted with staff powers, activity is looking very good aswell. You're a very friendly guy and you can stay calm in any sitiuation. You show some good understanding of staffing from Deathrun and show some effort in some of this application. I think your "Why I should be chosen" section could be more detailed as it isn't the 75 words recommendation which looks a bit like you rushed it. I think your activity could be improved so keep playing until the meeting and you will stand a better chance. Good luck!
