Loomy, you're a great person, but I can't say the same about your staffing, at least not yet. You are still fairly new to moderating and you are very active, yet you often go AFK without playing, and you hardly handle reports (at least from what I've seen as a user).

I'd definitely give you more time, but I still doubt you'll get denied due to the current admin+ line-up. Be more active in your staffing and reports, remain consistent and confident sure, but so far I don't see you doing that.

I can’t really talk about loomy because I haven’t seen her online much, obviously, that is because I haven’t been online either due to holidays.

Thing is, even if she happened to be unprepared, which might or might not be the case, she IS going to be accepted as she has support from a varied number of staff. I’m not counting the mods because they will have no votes up until they are promoted, but counting on that, she’d probably accepted either ways.

I have no vote in this case and hope people don’t vote biased on gender, which would also in my opinion be a bit disrespectful to her. She does seem nice, so I’d rather not vote yes or no
