Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

An situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command is when a player has broken so many rules that they have 10+ recent punishments, then I would ask them to not get another punishment, if they do I would ban them for a day.
Another situation is when I suspect a player is hacking, then I would first ask an Super Administrator(or higher) to Anti-Cheat him, and if he is hacking would ask him if he is using hacking, if he denies that I would kick him and if he comes back and hacks again I would ban him permanently(with permission from the SA+ of course). But if he admits this I would tell him to turn it off and give him a warning.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted:
I am currently Super Administrator on Murder, and have been that for 2 months now, I also have past experiences with being a TTT Administrator for almost 5 months and Prop Hunt Administrator. That shows that I am trusted with power and that I know what to do. I have not gotten a single warning since a long time which shows that I know how to follow the rules.
The reason I resigned was because it was getting boring, I played for so long, everyday and it got very boring. But now I have gotten the joy back, I like interacting with old and new staff and players on the server. And today it is 5 months since I resigned.
I really like the TTT server again, but there is still more rule breakers, and sometimes the staff takes a very long time to handle or just doesn't handle it. It is very annoying, so therefor I want to help out and deal with rule breakers!
