Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
It has been an whole new experience which i have enjoyed a lot. As a moderator i have came across so many rule breakers and i feel that i am very good at handling those situations. I personally don't like handing out warnings, however only if needed. I also try to educate the new players joining the server about the rules that we enforce on Zarp and to help prevent them from getting warnings about rules they never knew about. I have been moderator for not too long now but i feel that i have been very dedicated and i done over 100 F1's in the first few days. I think over the period of time being moderator i have contributed to the server a lot in time and helping out the Dark RP community from rule breakers.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
Most days i stay on the server late at night therefore there is usually no staff online except me. I come across Mass RDMers on a regular basis; There were 3 users Prop pushing, Mass RDMing and Prop Blocking. Therefore i handed out warnings to all 3 of the users because they refused to stop. Then after i unfroze them they killed me and carried on rule breaking, because there were no admins online all i could do was kick those users from the server. Despite all of that they kept joining back and it was like a never ending loop of kicking and if i was admin i could've jailed them or banned them if necessary.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

I have put together a little handy guide to help you get familiar with the commands you will be receiving shortly.
If you need help with anything, feel free to contact any of the staff team and i am sure they will be happy to help!

F1 Menu!
When you press F1 in game you will be able to see reports users have made , if you right click on one of the reports you can click "handle this" and this means you are going to be handling that users report; You can also discard reports if you think it's spam. Secondly if you click on Logs you will be able to see all the kills , arrests, job changes etc. You will use this when a player makes a report for example "RDM" you can then check the users name and see where and when it happened. You will be able to copy the log by right clicking and pressing "full log" you will then be able to paste the log to the person who committed the offense so they know when/where it happened and that it's not a made up story. you will be able to see warnings that has been recently given to users and the last tab is Active NLR and here you can see players NLR districts they are currently prohibited from.

F6 Menu!
When you press F6 in game you will be able to see players punishments and you will make a decision on whether to warn someone because they may not have any warnings, therefore they could be a new player and not know the rules. So you would would give them a verbal warning and explain the rules or tell them to do "/rules" in chat.

Moderator Commands
/freeze (player name or steamid) You can freeze a player with this command and select a time.

/unfreeze (player name or steamid) You can unfreeze a player with this command.

/bring (player name or steamid) You can bring a player to yourself with this command.

/goto (player name or steamid) You can teleport to a player with this command.

/warn (steamid) (reason) You can warn a player with this command if they break any rules.

/tp (player name pr steamid) You can teleport a player to where your crosshair is looking at

/kick (player name or steamid) (reason) You can kick a player with this command.

/slay (player name or steamid) You can kill a player with this command

Admin tool: You can find this in your hot bar and this allows you to check if someone is Prop Blocking.

Now you know the basic commands, you will now do an F1!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello Player X,
I have had a look through your ban appeal and i have come to the conclusion that
you are sincerely sorry and that you have no recents. Therefore i have reduced your ban sentence to 2 weeks!
Next time i suggest that you read through the rules and not to do it again.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I think I should be promoted because I do my job to the best of my ability and that i am as not bias and fair to everyone. I really enjoy enforcing the rules and meeting new friends on the way, i have become confident in what i do and that no matter what i make sure that everyone is having a fun and enjoyable time playing Zarp. I would find being promoted a really big benefit to the server because of how active and dedicated i am; I would be able to prevent things such as Mass RDM so it doesn't get out of hand because i would be able to use the phys gun and be able to stop that user abusing almost instantly. I would be able to make the server enjoyable for people late at night because i won't have to deal with people joining back after being kicked constantly abusing and making the server not a fun place for the people who follow the rules.
