Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
1.) Doxxing another person
2.) Mass rdm
3.) Scamming
Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:
The f1 menu is a nifty creature admins use to stop other zarpers from breaking the rules. It currently shows:
Sinz's f1 requests or f1 requests in general
Active warnings (used for future punishments)
Kill logs (not to be confused with damage logs) this shows who killed who and is very useful in a f1!
Nlr logs nlr is a magical thing

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
Call it a day, if they are spouting very naughty words I'll slap them on the wrist. (1.2)

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.

I would talk to the admin that banned that person and get their perspective and opinion. From there, a conclusion would most likely be made from there. (Gather evidence via clips or prior punishments.)

Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I am quite a active member of the zarp community and thus, I Believe I should be promoted as the moderator abilities I have are greatly limiting to what I believe I could do to stop the server from rule breakers. I do believe I am reasonably liked in this community and do take time out of my day to help any and all new players and questions asked in ooc. By being promoted, I believe I can more effectively handle certain situations that are out of my control as a moderator.

I fully think Ded's is a staff member that does deserve a promotion due to his hard work that he puts into the server and how active he is overall, he is an unbiased, wise-judging and overall a chill member that every server likes to have in their staff team.
And I really agree with his point in the "Why I should be promoted" section about moderator's perms greatly limiting his overall work when it comes to staffing.
