I fully think Ded's is a staff member that does deserve a promotion due to his hard work that he puts into the server and how active he is overall, he is an unbiased, wise-judging and overall a chill member that every server likes to have in their staff team.
And I really agree with his point in the "Why I should be promoted" section about moderator's perms greatly limiting his overall work when it comes to staffing.
