You then brang the situation in the report to in-game, which isn't pleasant for other players, as 2 players said, you yelled down the mic in anger and several times I told you to calm down, trying to disable the situation, you repeatadley yelled in voice chat and yet again I told you to clam down as other players were trying to play the game and not listen to the situation, I recorded the last 15 minutes and I will upload it here soon I then told you if there was an issue with my staffing, report it on the fourms, I never accused you or 'ruined your in-game experience'. Saying I 'ruined your experience' in my opinion is very selfless, as other players were upset over you bringing the situation in-game and immaturely yelling down the mic like a child, if anyone needs to apologise it's you to Daddy Smurf and more, the ones who were sick of you arguing and yelling in chat. Next time, please don't ruin other player's experience by bringing a report situation in voice and text chat.

If it makes you happy, I am sorry for beliving you killed me on a False KOS.

This is one of those "i'm just apologizing so i look nice in front of my other staff buddies and get this stupid kid off my back" apology...
I think that a simple: "I'm sorry for my behavior yesterday, i will talk to my superiors about what i did and accept the punishment" would have been nice. And not the whole first chapter of the Bible that you wrote here...

Hello Zachery Wraith and thank you for making this report abuse. I have reviewed the evidence given by Hopsical and spoken with him. During the review of the report I found that you formed 3 accusations against Hopsical.

1. Hopsical was needlessly rude towards you.
2. Hopsical didnt apologize to you.
and
3. Hopsical falsely reported you with intention.

Here are the results I have gotten from my investigation.

As per accusation 1 I deem Hopsical not guilty of said offense. You started going after him instantly with incredible amount of hostility towards him after a simple misunderstanding. Accusation 2 I deem irrelevant as Hopsical has yet to make a mistake that has an effect and rather you attacked him thus maybe you should be apologizing. Lastly the accusation 3 that you went on about in the comments of this post I deem Hopsical to be not guilty of said offense. This ruling is because during my time of staffing we have drawn a clear line between falsely reporting people and being in the wrong. In this case Hopsical reported you thinking you acted upon a false KOS (a valid reason) and after you correcting him and telling him why you killed him he removed the report from the system. Whilst cancelling the report was a preferable action nothing inherently wrong was done by Hopsical and seems to be really nit picky to actually even complain about this seeing that false reporting rule exists mainly to aid the staff and stop harassment.

Overall as evident Hopsical did nothing that requires intervention by a LT member but I did request him to avoid fueling conflicts like he did with you and thus this Demote request has been
