As one of the staff that was on at the time a can say from what I personally saw and heard was that, Hops killed me, was KOSed for it, then goes to tester and is KOSed a second time but by location. Then he proceeded to report the player who killed him, kept the report then claimed it and finished it. Don't really know what else to add here other than what happened from my perspective.
