Reason - Scamming
Story - so a nuke was going on and derpy said who ever has there name say They Defused The Nuke Gets 80 Urainum! and he is refusing to pay up.
Proof -

"who ever rips that nuke gets 80 uranium". Also this is mis-communication. He obv meant the line in the chat that pops up when someone defuses a nuke

you did not complete the whole challenge. You had to 1 defuse the nuke and 2 have evidence that you did. Also i showed Fred this after you made f1 and i am not banned or even punished he just left.

After analyzing the proof and re-watching the videos to firmly get a grasp of what Derpy is saying, I can tell that this was a mis-communication between Derpy and Navy. Meaning that since Navy misunderstood what Derpy said, he did not do what Derpy said to acquire the prize, hence not scamming.
