No it's always been there, Event c++ cheats can not re order the screenshotting in a way that will show the overlay

We've talked about this report and no action will be taken. In the future we'll make sure that people won't be accused of cheating by lead team unless there's been a verdict made about them cheating on the server or a punishment has been given out.
