Did not respond to obvious rule-breaking and decided to humiliate me instead of helping me .

Extra : If you notice on the video Jason claims that it wasn't him when I was saying that someone else did do it , no one told me to File an F1 and its their job to stop the RDMing , its not necessary to file a F1 to catch a rule-breaker , therefor they aren't doing their jobs and therefor something should be done .

You should of just made a f1 in game about it and how does Joey know that it was actually RDM? You could of just done something over there and you didn't even report that you were RDMed so why even make this stupid demote request.
