Extra : If you notice on the video Jason claims that it wasn't him when I was saying that someone else did do it , no one told me to File an F1 and its their job to stop the RDMing , its not necessary to file a F1 to catch a rule-breaker , therefor they aren't doing their jobs and therefor something should be done .
