Hi,
Staff Member(s) Name: [D3m0] Sniping Banana! ツ

Staff Member(s) SteamID: STEAM_0:0:139769460

What did the Staff Member(s) do?: So what happend is that i was going to the T-tester room and like 10m infront of the doors was a unidentify body. 2 people where there one of them was ♕ [D3m0] Sniping Banana! ツ (cant remember the sec guy). So he said i shall check the body i said why me i came here right now u both where here longer then me so check it urself. One of them both started shooting at me my reaction was simple and understanble i shoot back so i couldnt know who shot 1st so i attack both of them. i killed ♕ [D3m0] Sniping Banana! ツ and he reported me for that. I said clearly i dont know who shot 1st i just shot back. He didnt even tried to handle this out he just think he was in the right and autoslayed me for it. In my opinion Staff member SHOULD not be allowed to handle their own sits! aswell not instandly make a autoslay wihtout making it valid (chatting) reason!

there is my sec point: Make a rule that Staff members are not allowed to handle their own sits without a other staff member in it! Its so easy to abuse the power of a staff member.

You killed me because you thougth i shot you, even thougth i didn't, which is kill on suspicion. It's clear of me to slay you for breaking rules and arguing even thougth you're wrong. laff where should i know that? do i have a lua running that shows me instandly who dmg me ? no i dont! u both were so close to each other NOBODY COULD decide it so fast out who shot 1st! Show me the rule where it stay that im not allowed to shoot back! show me. It makes 0 scence that i shall not shoot back and just let me kill that is not the scene of TTT.

wtf, You killed me because there were 2 people there. Only one shot you, you had no proof who, and you just straigth up shot me because you "THOUGTH" It was me. You had no way clue of knowing who it was. Just pure RDM on Suspicion.

Hello RinoRino,

I have decided to DENY this appeal. The staff member in question was right to slay you as you killed him on the suspicion that he was the player that attacked you, thus it was RDM as you had no proof. Next time, before you kill or attack the user, make sure you have valid proof that they are the attacker to avoid a similar situation.

However, I will speak to banana tomorrow and remind him to open a chat and explain the situation to the user so that they fully understand the punishment.
