I have decided to DENY this appeal. The staff member in question was right to slay you as you killed him on the suspicion that he was the player that attacked you, thus it was RDM as you had no proof. Next time, before you kill or attack the user, make sure you have valid proof that they are the attacker to avoid a similar situation.

However, I will speak to banana tomorrow and remind him to open a chat and explain the situation to the user so that they fully understand the punishment.
