Story - I was just banned on server 1 for an hour for (Mass RDM) even though all I did was kill my friend who was wanted (And he is fine with it) and then a cop that tried to taze me while I was wanted.
video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? My friend has a video of what he saw but it's literally a one hour ban I'll be unbanned by the time it's uploaded. The logs will show how many kills I did.
Extra information - I'm not too worried about getting unbanned as I doubt this will get a response in time but I would like the admin (Nexize) held responsible, he clearly had no idea what was happening and he didn't even ask me he just banned me straight away like I was some generic MassRDMer.

He should have warned you if your story lines up, or if you're being 100% honest, then there is no reason for punishment

No need to make a brand new post, the EDIT button works also, but I'm sure you're new to this so I won't make fun of you. You should probably post the video just to show proof and see if it was an actual valid ban or not.

If your story is true you probably should have received a warning first instead of being banned right away

So here's what happend.

I was on the roof at Server 1 Spawn handling F1's and this guy stood below us throwing his machete,suiciding and throwing his new ones again. He hit me and the ones I was dealing with.

I froze him and told him to stop doing it, after I was done with my F1's I went down to the Spawn area and saw him killing a guy(apparently his friend), a police officer and a radio manager infront of me. It seemed to be like Mass RDM and went straight ahead to ban him.

I gave him a verbal warning before and It didn't look like he was about to stop anytime soon.
A 60 minute ban is reasonable in my opinion.

You technically rdm'd me in my F1 sit and were rude while I simply tried to tell you to be more careful.

If you plan on denying it I've recorded it and will bring it up If it's neccesary.

You can clearly see you killing the Radio manager infront of me, the gangster(which apparently was your friend) followed by the police officer and turning to the hitman right after where I stopped you.

Now tell me again how this doesn't look like MassRDM. I'm done here arguing with you. This ban was reasonable.

(Just after seeing your video) You can clearly see in the video that when the radio manager dies RooKb is wanted and not me proving that he killed the radio manager, I then go on to kill him for the murder and the officer so he doesn't arrest me. You then proceed to pull me and ban me without saying a word or asking of my motive (you can even see me saying "Yes?" in the chat)


It's also pretty clear that you're "Done here arguing with me" because you know you're in the wrong.

Edit: Also since when does TWO killings for which I had a motive classify as "MassRDM" and don't say "I previously warned you for RDM" because you've presented no evidence that you had and you also just so happen to be avoiding discussing the evidence (Including an admission from the player that you actually warned) that proves that you didn't warn me verbally and had in fact mistook me for somebody else.

Given that your appeal is useless due to your ban expiring, what I recommend you do is use the edit button on your main post to change this into a report abuse on Nexize as you believe he did not do his job properly. I will be moving this and fixing the title; please find below the template needed to report a staff member.
