Hello Chris! I have spoken with Nexize about the situation and he has understood why you would have wanted to demote him however i have spoken to him personally and notified him of how he can improve so that he is not doing this again! Me speaking to him has therefore meaning that i am denying this report as no action verbal warning has been given. Thank you for your report and we may over look the staff member from time to time to make sure he is dong well. If you see this happen again while noting following the ETHOS then happily make another report but he has been spoken to and should not do this again! Thank you for your report!
