What did the Staff Member(s) do?: Not being professional at all so here's what happened: I was at hp/armor npcs getting hp/armor while i was wanted so i turned around to see mix3rz, he saw me being wanted so he ran at me he either had a tazer or scanner out while he was walking at me so i simply felt being in danger from getting tazed so the only thing that came to my mind is to shoot at him, also my microphone was on by accident so while i was shooting at him he froze me and told me that i was microphone spamming and i attempted to rdm him and even tho i told him i didn't know that my microphone was on he didn't care he ignored me and he warned me and mic muted me, not sure if i made a mistake by shooting at him and even if i made a mistake by shooting at him he wasn't professional at all he never explained to me how it was an rdm even after i told him in chat that he was walking at me and i felt in danger he didn't explain to me the mistake i did he didn't even care about my microphone being on by mistake he completely ignored me when i told him that my mic was on by accident

I seriously felt offended by his disgusting attitude towards me, he wasn't professional at all as a staff member, he completely ignored me warned me muted me threw me with his physgun and walked away, like you feel that he just want to have staff power so he can just warn players without even bothering to explain to them the mistake they did and whenever he sees them making a very simple mistake that can be solved easily by just talking to them just like me making this simple accident by not knowing that my mic was on he completely ignored me and mic muted me, it's just funny how he names himself most hated admin, he's proud about his disgusting attitude towards players and not being professional as a staff member.

He should've approached it less passive aggressively in my opinion, he didn't even explain how it was RDM or what you did wrong other than pointing out that your microphone was continuously transmitting and you didn't know. This is what is super annoying... If cops run towards you when you are wanted you should be able to kos them... If he hadn't kosed him he would've been arrested perhaps. I think this was a poorly job done by Mixers.
- In the video you clearly see Mixers running towards him, and even facing him once again when the guard attempts to run away. This was a clear attempt of arrest, therefore the warning is invalid

I personally feel like the chase was not long enough had it been 3 seconds longer id say it wasnt attempt rdm . Im now checking the rest of the video

After reviewing your report I have seen that Mix3rz indeed did handle the situation very poorly. I believe he should not have warned you as he was obviously running towards you and putting your life in danger. In any rea life situation if you are wanted by the cops and one is running after you, you would want to defend yourself.

As for how he handled it, it was very poor given you not understanding what you did wrong (although in my opinion you didn't) and him not explaining it. I can understand him muting you for the micspam though as you didn't turn it off as soon as he told you.

I will be speaking to Mix3rz about it, thank you for your report.
