This is what is super annoying... If cops run towards you when you are wanted you should be able to kos them... If he hadn't kosed him he would've been arrested perhaps. I think this was a poorly job done by Mixers.
- In the video you clearly see Mixers running towards him, and even facing him once again when the guard attempts to run away. This was a clear attempt of arrest, therefore the warning is invalid
