22/4/17, not sure of time exactly, I'd say roughly 10AM BST.

What rules did the person break?

RDM (he killed the other dude as well as me), attempting to raid as gun dealer, raiding a RP house, NLR, revenge RDM.

What happened?

He threw an EMP grenade at the fading door of my RP house, which counts as making an attempt to raid. I shot him because he entered when I had a KoS sign, and he came back and killed me and some other guy.

Any proof (video or screenshot) that clearly shows what happened

I believe he was warned for the revenge RDM however he does need to receive a warning for raiding an RP HOUSE and as a gun dealer!
