What rules did the person break?

RDM (he killed the other dude as well as me), attempting to raid as gun dealer, raiding a RP house, NLR, revenge RDM.

What happened?

He threw an EMP grenade at the fading door of my RP house, which counts as making an attempt to raid. I shot him because he entered when I had a KoS sign, and he came back and killed me and some other guy.
