What did the Staff Member do?: Job Abuse

He changed job while I was setting a nuke off, he spawned in a chair and sat in it to survive.
I understand I don't have proof of him spawning in and sitting in the chair, but its fairly obvious that he had done it

Even if it isn't demote worthy he definitely needs speaking to or retraining as he has recently had a demote request on him

P.S about the NLR, I was in the process of leaving the district but I saw that he had the burnt model so I ran over to see who it was before anyone point that out

Even though I'm probably not in a position to comment on the matter as I have only been Moderator 2 weeks. I believe that if what other people have said is true then he is not only abusing but exploiting people. If hypothetically he has done all this I think it deserves a serious talk with a SA+ as it seems to have been going on a while. I've looked over your report and I've come to the conclusion to deny this.

A lot could have happened in those moments and theres no way to tell for sure he actually exploited. Although it seems suspicious theres no solid proof which is capable of backing it up. He...
Could've been hit with a Jet gun?
Could've been in a sit?
However I will keep an eye on him.
