Even though I'm probably not in a position to comment on the matter as I have only been Moderator 2 weeks. I believe that if what other people have said is true then he is not only abusing but exploiting people. If hypothetically he has done all this I think it deserves a serious talk with a SA+ as it seems to have been going on a while.
