You was told to leave very politely but refused, hence why they had to use bigger words towards you. Quit crying about that because it's totally on you for getting yourself into this by refusing to do what higher ups say.

to be honest Cout, your a good guy but the fact that you have an official warning for joining with out poking and i have seen you do it on multiple occasions i really don't see how anon did anything wrong he simply asked you to leave and you did not follow that request so you were removed. you then kept on joining back after being told not to(you have been warned for this) stating that you are not learning from what the lead team members have spoken to you about .

You are not getting the point of this. The first thing he said to me was to "f- off", he never asked me to leave politely. After that one he only ordered me to leave as if I'm some sort of pet. This is the whole idea of the report, the way he asked me to leave. I am not saying that I am in the right here I'm saying that Anon is not too. Maybe something happend on surf and these people were victims. Or maybe they were discussing about a new server launch? Its not all about SSRP

This "Fuck off" ain't really disrespect tbh. Sure its a bit crude and rude but it's no reason not to listen to those who are higher rank than you. [TS HA] When you were moved out you should have stayed out as already said by other people a few 1000 times, and especially you shouldn't have joined back right there.
All you've done in this situation in my eyes is breaking TOU [Joining back after being removed] And now you've "crying / whining" because someone was a bit rude to you.

Dispite whatever I've seen of you in the past this act is extermely childish and I'm quite dissapointed.

I have looked over your Report and came to the following conclusion

Conclusion

After speaking to multiple parties that were involved and also spoke to both you and Anal gaming.
I have decided the following
That he told you to fuck off and not be100% clear on the reason why you had to leave was not how I would expect him to tell you to leave.
Though if someone asks you to leave their channel That could mean that they currently want to be alone and you should respect that as much as we would respect you when you ask us to do the same.
You were moved out because you did not want to leave.
After that given point you were supposed to either contact the person who moved you out trough chat or pokes to ask why instead of joining back in. You moved in back multiple times which is breaking the TOU.
I think both parties where partially wrong here there for i am not dealing out any punishments to both parties.
