this is not the first time that many of us now have encountered the exact same thing over and over, and frankly on top of this, your attitude towards other people, specially when they are either telling you to leave, or informing you on something you are doing wrong, is horrid.

I will state 1 more time, as even para has
IF you are told to leave, then you leave the channel, you do not keep joining back

For all you knew coutinroy, Cactus could have been reporting one of them involving Teamspeak, meaning, there is a higher rank in that channel than you, on a different playing field, that can have a report going on.

I also prior to this situation, and prior to your Official Warning, told you to POKE to join channels, which you still ignore, and as of which para has also had to tell you.

Unfortunatly coutinroy, you have ignored many off us, at this point, you have ignored, things i have told you, and even para, and you still do the things you was reported for to this day, I would have hoped the official warning with the reasons would have been enough to make you think i may need to stop doing this.

P.S you was technically breaking TS TOU by joining back constantly.

Your Appeal is totally one sided. First off, you joined without asking permission from anyone. You were explained this and told you need to ask, and were asked to leave. You didn't leave. Anon did say fuck off, but that's completely deserving to be honest. You continued to join, over, and over again. You ignored Anon's request and were completely inconsiderate of our request for you to ask before you join. You have an official warning for this already. I like you as a person Coutin, but you're being unreasonable and were immature in this scenario.

First of all, you told me to "f- off" in the beginning, not at the end. This is also the 2nd time you have done so, which I find absolutely unacceptable from any human being, especially someone like you whom I know is a good person.

Under a minute is not plenty of time, in which I was asking for a valid reason of why you did not want me present in the spacer. You never stated you did not want me in there until the end, you only ordered me to leave the spacer.

The reason of me continuously joining the spacer is quite obvious; you kept on moving me out of the spacer without a valid explanation of why I was being moved out, which did nothing besides causing me confusion.

Mind you, spacers are there things to be discussed outside the attention of users, or thr majority. Given that there were staff members in that spacer that are only staff on SSRP and are Admins, I had all the right to join. If you want a chat there are plenty of chat rooms for that. This is what I was told in my training and this is how I go by.

Funny how these problems only showed up when you became a TS HA.

Despite the fact of what happened you still said something you shouldn't have said and this is the whole point of this report. You have told me to "f- off" twice now and this is totally unacceptable.

Yes I do agree that I shouldn't have kept on joining the spacer back, and I wouldn't have if I were told why I was being moved out.

I'd like to point out that my request is not at all one-sided; I wrote the events that occurred in sequence.

when you first join is asked who it was after finding out i then asked you to leave granted you may not of heard me but after being told the second time quite clearly you should have gotten the point, we wanted some privacy since we had to move into several different spacers to get some, you refused to listen and spoke over us asking "why can't I be in her, why can't i be in here, why can't i be in here" anon then moved you out since you was being stubborn and not listening you then repeated to move in three times and asking the same thing after being moved back out each time.

you didn't give it 30 seconds to get context as soon as we knew who it was you was asked to leave, we could have been talking about anything something personal which we would only want to talk to certain people about. and if it was personal you I wouldn't want you listening to 30 seconds of it. It takes only a few seconds to poke one of us which could have avoided the whole situation and this very report, I would have thought you would have learned to do that after receiving an official warning but I guess not....

Lets be honest telling someone to fuck off isn't a big deal I am sure that you have told people to fuck off before. If someone requests you to leave their spacers (private channel) then don't you think it is a good idea to leave? Certainly do not join back when moved out you can simply poke anon to get the explanation. This happens time and time again.

You state you was not given enough time with 30 seconds, yet 30 seconds is a huge amount of time, to leave a spacer, when someone has told you too, that should take a max of like 10 seconds, and for the fact you have even just said you kept joining back, also proves your original statement to be vastly incomplete.

As para has said prior, if you are told to leave a spacer you leave.
And as para has said prior as well, if you are moved out, then don't join back.

The Niko situation itself occurred in January, if not prior, and there was a good reason to say it. I didn't just bluntly tell him so as soon as he messaged me.

Not much of a big deal, should've just left and not joined back to begin with. They don't really have to give an exact reason as to why they might of not wanted you in the channel, which is why I have no idea as to why you kept asking when they clearly said stay out the channel but was refusing to do so, from what I've seen.
As for the "fuck off", that's like nothing, let alone a speaking to about that. It's quite a pathetic thing to bring up upon someone else when you do the similar things yourself from what I've experienced, which now makes you sound like a complete hypocrite.
