Hellforce just saying if this was his it seems like it could have been a mistake, As he was basing he would not have to reply to f1's if their were other staff online. A simple pm to him could have resolved this. If you have proof of him placing it then it would be enough proof. Someone might have propblocked his base while he was handling F1s, and he could've punished the propblocker. First of all there is no proof of this being his, even if this is his you could've just spoken to him as this obviously seems like some kind of mistake instead of making a report. Seems more like you're trying to get him demoted for something that could've been handled way better by simply giving him a friendly PM saying, "Yo your base isn't okay could you come take a look and fix it?". There was no need for this report.
