Not really, I don’t care about a staff member reply unless they willing to help me. Just telling this to the ZARP community and all the new members who are thinking about joining. I just want to help improve the community as I can see if this behaviour continues the ZARP community will slowly but surely die.

Hello. I hope this doesn’t get deleted. I just want to let you know what’s going on ZARP.

Look I know this is not helping at all and they won’t do anything because even the server owners, are involved In this, but I want you guys to know what kind of staff team ZARP has, I’m not talking about all the staff members I’m talking about the one's you will see in the video, the saddest thing is that my sound was not on at that moment, and I sadly couldn’t record what their saying but I will explain it to you guys, decide if you want to trust me or not, that’s up to you. What I’m currently dealing with is just very annoying. I‘m reporting higher up ranked people, I don’t want them to get de-ranked or anything. I just want you guys to realise what kind of people are in the staff team. I believe this is what was trying to do before he got banned after leaving. People in this little friend group in the higher up staff have god complexes beyond belief, and

So as the story goes, what happened was, I got banned 4 days ago, for 1 weeks I will ink the ban appeal here so you can read it, I think it’s unfair, but there’s nothing I can do about it, multiple staff and even players have said I’m a good guy but the upper ZARP staff hate me so I cannot do anything about it, no matter how many admins and moderators believe me, none of the higher ups even play TTT they come on for 30 minutes then log off.

For everyone who is interested, you can see that the people who play on the server, even staff members, know me and that I’m a kind person and don’t RDM or anything really bad, and I will admit I was a bit stupid sometimes for messing around with my friend and prop surfing a bit but not really a huge rule break like RDM/Ghosting etc, and I appealed for it because the warn I got just before I got banned was invalid, and multiple people confirmed that in the thread, so I personally didn’t get the reason it got denied, I also waited 4 days. In my opinion, and many others including other very active TTT dedicated staff, it should of been 1 day. I went to the TeamSpeak to hear (their side of the story) Information about my appeal, and what’s funny is that the higher up staff members don’t really like to answer people on TeamSpeak, they’re too busy apparently, you send a message: “hold on dude I’m busy at the moment, I’ll come right after I’m done.”

You can probably guess they never came. Too busy playing SSRP.

This is not the first time I got ignored, no reason why because I have always been polite to them ''at the start'' and his answer is:

Why would I be rude if I need their help in the first place? I got rude after they made fun of me and when they didn’t respond to my messages, while I knew they’re there because they moved me and heard them talking and Tyler was playing in the TTT server, so I got mad after that happened, well of course I did? Any normal human being would? It’s like being stuck on the phone for hours on hold, except there’s a 1% chance they’re show up and actually help.

They’re trying to act really professional/mature, but not working at all, as you can see in the video provided, you see them ignoring me, in first instance I get ignored for 6 minutes, while he is playing TTT, then he reacts and stops talking again, and got Ignored for another 25 minutes.

Would you still stay polite if they made you wait 30 minutes while knowing he is just playing on a TTT server and ignoring me on purpose? Yeah, didn’t really think so.

I asked Tyler if I could ask him some questions about my denied ban appeal, he reacted as you can see in the video provided, “You got denied”, I then told him “Yeah I already saw that man, I would like to ask you some questions about that please?”, he then says “It got denied, nothing to talk about with you.”

Is that being polite towards me? No, not really at all. Is it professional? Not really is it? Is that mature? Nope.

Like he acts like I started this while I’m not a mean person or anything to him. If you aren’t nice to me, why should I be nice back? If we’re both nice, then there’s no reason for me to be mad or angry in any way, shape or form. After I asked him if he could explain to me why I got denied on what exactly what bases, as I was curious why it got denied since I thought it would get accepted, I was apologetic, multiple staff said they knew I wouldn’t do it again and had learn my lesson? He just went quiet and didn’t want to talk about it, you can see that as well in the video, so he started ignoring me, I still don’t know why he did. I thought I needed some help from a higher up Staff Member, since I can’t just contact some server mod/admin about this, so I started messaging head admins, even a server owner.

Then this happened, it’s sad that it didn't record the audio but anyways, you just got to believe me on this one, I personally don’t care if you believe me or not you can believe who ever you want, I just like to do my story and tell you guys what kind of people they are, that are in the video.

I messaged multiple higher ranked people, they all didn't react for like 5 minutes or so, then Max joined my channel, as only one willing to help me, apologized himself for not reacting, so I found that really nice and friendly of him, and asked me what my questions are, so I told him “Yo I have some questions about my ban appeal for Tyler, since it got denied could you move him?”, Max then said “Yeah okay.”

Max then moved Tyler, and I said “Yo man, can I ask you some Questions please?” After, Tyler moved Max to a private channel where I have no access to and talked with him. I don’t know what he said of course, but then he didn’t come back. The, server owner joined the channel, RedPowder, he started making swishing sounds with his voice and making fun of me, acting like he had a speech impediment, “yo u ssshhhaid u have quesssssshhhhtion” (over voip), and a thought came to me.

*this is exactly what they want, they don’t respond, and want me to get frustrated and flame at them so they have another reason to ban me from the ts, so I’m not able to message them again*

I was very polite when I said, “yo could you actually help me please? and stop being so sarcastic because this is actually a pretty serious thing” he then said “What Isssssshhhh it then", just speaking like someone with a disability, I also told him “If you’re going to make fun of me and not take me serious I don’t want to speak with you dude.”

He then left the channel and went back to toward the other non-responding higher ups in the chat room I’m unable to get in without getting dragged in. I can imagine they were probably having a laugh about me in the channel and started moving Tyler towards my channel, and Brandify as well with some other dude, and I just ended up leaving. At the end nobody was willing to talk/speak with me or give me any information about my appeal.

If they replied at the first 5 minutes with some valid reason why my unban request didn’t get accepted, I wouldn’t even bothered and would not have messaged them, because then I know clearly why it got denied, now I just find it’s more personal.

They said I didn’t obey the rules, if they would have just checked the logs, which is on my actual ban appeal, there is enough information where I explain myself about what happened.

I wanted to share this with you guys, and it’s up to you which side of the story you believe, I’m just saying why would I make this up? There’s no reason to make some kind of bullshit story take time to install a recording software, waste my time on writing this down editing uploading etc, if I was lying? I mean especially after , I’m sure my story of corrupt higher staff is even more believable.

ThinkFast, if you want people to talk to you. Don't be rude to everyone, it's happened time and time again. I personally told you that being rude to people isn't the way to go about it. This is also some kind record I think, well done.

First off, you have no idea how much the lead team contributes to the zarp servers every day hour and minute, Including Morgan who was banned, They get over 100 messages from people within the hour and they do their best to respond to all.
Now if you plan on being rude that they don't answer your question or request of course you will be banned for disrespecting them after writing what I copied above.

You may post another unban appeal if you wish to be unbanned from the server.

You should play the audio in the video and all I said to you was "Hey I'm Tyler Duuuurdan" and then you started saying some shit about not talking to me so I laughed and left. You really need to grow up and stop being such a downer for no reason you want to be super serious I can play like that also and in that case it would of resulted in you getting a ban for calling me a "Dick head". Your mad about being banned I'm guessing? I'm not going to baby you about it you can make an appeal like everyone else.

If you would of put half as much effort in to not getting in trouble in the first place you wouldn't of been in the situation your in now.
