First off, you have no idea how much the lead team contributes to the zarp servers every day hour and minute, Including Morgan who was banned, They get over 100 messages from people within the hour and they do their best to respond to all.
Now if you plan on being rude that they don't answer your question or request of course you will be banned for disrespecting them after writing what I copied above.
