What did the Staff Member(s) do?: So basically, i raided them, then scammed them for a printer upgrade. So right after Grizzi and his gang decide to talk shit and disrespect. So i made an F1 asking for an admin to come for the reason "disrespect" Ryan then refuses to do my f1 after i ask him multiple times in /ooc to do my f1. He said "Im busy" but obviously he isnt doing anything important because he is talking shit in chat.

I dont want him demoted i want him talked to and told not to take RP reasons outside of RP

I could of worded it more politely but I still stand by my statement.

IMO this is definitely a reason to give the staff member a talking to. This of course depends if there is other staff members doing the f1 and/or on duty


but i also feel like the staff members should be more than and happy to help the users as often as they can since that is what they have signed up for

But you still need to remember that you were the one that signed up for the position you are in so you can help the users/staff members and the community in general

as a staff member, you're number 1 priority is f1's if you cant handle that, then you shouldnt of applyed for staff ryan

Jerry top savage but to be honest I think that either Ryan was busy at the time or something was going on but to be honest he should of warned Grizzi after what he said.

I've spoken to Ryan and he claims that he was busy with Random Deathatches in the Mines, As you've got no proof to state other wise this is denied.

Also: Just because we're staff we don't need to do f1's every single day of the minute, Remember we're people to we like to have fun with our friends or take a break from doing f1's, We only do our fair share of f1's, So keep that in mind.
