Well this is not the biggest issue at all.. But if you ended up handling his F1 i don't see an issue

But you still need to remember that you were the one that signed up for the position you are in so you can help the users/staff members and the community in general

Yes I understand that but if I have to take a few minuets for myself to do other things then I will do so.

I am not the boss of you so i can't tell you what to do. But if there is no other people on the server to help the users you should feel obligated to do it (this is just my opinion nothing else)
