I mean I skipped to 22:00 like you said but I hope there's a good reason you're breaking NLR.

Looks like harmless banta on a rooftop tbh. I mean it's not really causing any issues. I think the worst part is at no point in the video did you even voice your displeasure with it. I'm sure if he thought it was causing any issues with players he'd stop.

I can't tell if he is genuinely upsetting Mix3rz but I doubt that he is, if this was the case though this would be abuse.

I have spoken to cyber about this situation, and It seems like it was just a bit of banter and it really didn't do anyone any harm. but cyber has said that he wont mess around as much and that in the future he will refrain from doing this kind of thing in RP or near an RP location and crowds of people.
