I have spoken to cyber about this situation, and It seems like it was just a bit of banter and it really didn't do anyone any harm. but cyber has said that he wont mess around as much and that in the future he will refrain from doing this kind of thing in RP or near an RP location and crowds of people. Thanks for making the report and spending time to make this report.
