TOPIC: [TS] warn request Max the gamer

Name - (What is the accused person's name?) Max the gamer
Server - (What server was this on?) Teamspeak
Time and date (CET) - (When did it happend?) For the last 5 months.
Other comments - (Anything else you want to add?) Wont Change to push to talk
Reason - (What rules did the person break?) Mic spam. Constantly activating his mic and typing over the mic. Asked him over a few 100 times to stop it over the last 5 months. and i even ended up muting him as a result but there are times where i have to unmute him .during staff discussion about things and even then he Spams his damn mic typing really loud. He does not want to change the volume of his mic or his sensitvity. This is not a joke im literally Really tired of this shit.

Proof - (Any proof (video or screenshot) that clearly shows what happened.)
If i were to record every single time he spammed his mic we would be here listening to that loud ass keyboard of him all day long.

I have changed my mic several times for you. Nobody else has a problem with it all so why would I keep changing when nothing is changing the fact that you're getting annoyed.

So paramontana the HA is asking in a request for a demote request instead of directly calling the owners on that and bringing max into a private sit .... im not saying that you should or so , but your one of the lead team , i dont think you actually have to do such thing .

People have asked kindly time and time again, while it's not a serious rulebreak or anything to yell about, it is quite annoying he hasn't bothered to fix it yet.

It does get very annoying and I wish he could change to push to speak, especially when he shouts very loud, it just gets my head due to my disability because of how loud he can sometimes be.

This entire demote request is absurd if the majority tell me its fine then why would I change how I use teamspeak to the point of push to talk.

No offence Para, but this is absolutely silly. Yes, Max should be more wary of this, but he does NOT need punishing in any way/shape/form.
