Why not improve from what Para says? Especially when he claims that he has told you many times to fix it in the past few months but you still haven't.

Okay lets me democratic if 1 person tells me my mic is annoying them and 4 say its fine. You try to change your mic anyway the 1 person is still not happy but the other 4 still say its fine. Would you think its fine or not?
