TOPIC: Demote request ken kask

What did the Staff Member(s) do?:
So i was raiding a base that was on a roof, and ken kask was standing in it doing nothing. I arrested him because he was in the base so i just assumed he was raiding it. He TP'd back and said why did i rda him.
I said there was no need for a sit since it was valid and he was in the base i was raiding.
I said to him stop using this as an excuse to get out of jail and arrested him again (since he unfroze me and the sit was over)
Then he slayed me with no warning.
So i made an f1 called false slay, and he instantly removed it. So i made it again, once he knew what he done he instantly left the server.

As far as i know you can only slay if someone has a big gun as a citizen/hobo etc. and they don't want to drop it other than that mods are not allowed to use the slay command.

I will handle this.

He is far from perfect, earlier there was a propblocked base. I confronted him and he says "what can i do?"

I have spoke to Ken and we have come to the conclusion that it was wrong of him to slay as you were raiding the building but he was not fully aware of all the factors in the situation at the time after talking to him he has acknowledged what he did was wrong and ensured me it will not happen again in future he has also agreed to apologize to you as a result of his actions.
