I have spoke to Ken and we have come to the conclusion that it was wrong of him to slay as you were raiding the building but he was not fully aware of all the factors in the situation at the time after talking to him he has acknowledged what he did was wrong and ensured me it will not happen again in future he has also agreed to apologize to you as a result of his actions.
