Reason - 1.2 Disrespect, 2.1 Random Death Match, Trolling, Harassment, Trying to frame me for rulebreaking via lies in the chat log.

Story - As I previously stated, I think that the video speaks for itself a great deal. What happened before this was that he RDM:ed me once. After that he came to spawn and started to shoot me (with damage) again, but I managed to kill him. Then he once again started to attack me, but I managed to kill him again. After that we had a sit with |Z| Holly Banker, but since nobody could provide any proof - nothing happened. He accused me of RDM:ing him in that sit, by the way. I was merely defending myself against him.

As you can see in the video, he attacks me multiple times. He also tries to frame me in the log by writing things such as:
"stop tryna rdm me", "(OOC) FFS ADMINS GET GYRUS TO STOP FOLLOWING ME AND SHOOTING NEAR ME PLEASE, he keeps tryna rdm me", "STIP", "LAST CHANCE" etc.

This guy has ruined my evening on this server. I am just trying to play, but he keeps following me and harassing me - trying to frame me for RDM of him (!) in the logs, by writing silly things in the chat - acting as if I were the perpetrator here.

So you said he was harassing you, even though you were stalking him all around the map? Okay.

If you check the last part of the video, I am just standing idle - and he still shows up and attacks me. Do you seriously want to call that me "stalking him all around the map"? Not even mentioning the fact that about 30 % of the map is covered in this video... Did he ever tell me to stop following him? NO. Did he follow/stalk me? YES. What he did say was that I should stop attacking him. Did I ever attack him? NO. It was mere lies from him in order to try to frame me in the logs.

So yes, I am saying that he was harassing me - and i think that it's VERY clear for any objective person to understand that.

Please watch it and then again claim that I was "stalking him all around the map", whilst he wasn't harassing me at all.

Okay have you ever thought that following him around the Mal and basically harrasping him is just as bad? Even though it isn't a rue break to follow people but if you're just following him and instagnating him to kill you for a mere report on the forums that's sad. Wait for him to come to you proves more instead of cauaing him to kill you by following him everywhere. You don't encourage people to Break rules by doing stuff that will make them do so just because you want them banned.
Punishment will most likely happen here anyways but it just shows that you will basically get people to break rules by doing something to cause it.

I am not in any way encouraging him to breaking the rules. Although it is true that I knew that he would break the rules, which I needed evidence for, since I did not have evidence of him harassing and RDM:ing me in my sit with Holly Banker.

There is a big difference between encouraging or provocation someone to break the rules (which I did NOT do), and to record them breaking the rules because you know that they will without you encouraging them. Please watch both videos. I am not in any way encouraging him to break the rules in order to get him punished, as you are insinuating.

Alright so from what I can see, there's wrong doing on both the reporter and the reported in this situation, i'll be stating them down below.

Death 1

Your first death is an obvious RDM, i'll be speaking to Lucky about this.

What happened after

After you died, you sat in spawn and ran straight to Lucky Ducky, calling him "Salty" which only made the situation worse, and continued to follow him around two districts past spawn flashing your cameras at each other.

What you should have done

After you were RDM'd, made an F1 request with the reason "RDM", and waited for a staff member to assist you with this. You should have stayed in spawn and avoided all contact if possible with Lucky Ducky.

Death 2

Another obvious RDM, which I'll be speaking with him about.

What happened after

You went to the closest district to the one you died at again, and intercepted with Lucky Ducky.You went into a house, he comes in and locks you in, tells you to get out knowing the door was locked, and kills you.

What should have happened

You should have never went to said district and stayed in spawn still waiting for a staff member to assist you while possibly uploading this evidence to send to the administrator, or made a report on the forums and avoided all contact with Lucky Ducky.

Moral of the Story

At the end of the day, there was wrong here on both sides. On multiple occasions you taunted him, such as your first death where you called him "Salty". Taunting players breaking the rules is surely only going to blow up in your face, not to mention the fact where everytime you died you went to another district only to meet Lucky Ducky. I'll speak to him about his RDM's, but next time you're in a situation like this please don't taunt the reported player or follow them around, it only escalates the situation which is the last thing you want.
