Alright so from what I can see, there's wrong doing on both the reporter and the reported in this situation, i'll be stating them down below.

Death 1

Your first death is an obvious RDM, i'll be speaking to Lucky about this.

What happened after

After you died, you sat in spawn and ran straight to Lucky Ducky, calling him "Salty" which only made the situation worse, and continued to follow him around two districts past spawn flashing your cameras at each other.

What you should have done

After you were RDM'd, made an F1 request with the reason "RDM", and waited for a staff member to assist you with this. You should have stayed in spawn and avoided all contact if possible with Lucky Ducky.

Death 2

Another obvious RDM, which I'll be speaking with him about.

What happened after

You went to the closest district to the one you died at again, and intercepted with Lucky Ducky.You went into a house, he comes in and locks you in, tells you to get out knowing the door was locked, and kills you.

What should have happened

You should have never went to said district and stayed in spawn still waiting for a staff member to assist you while possibly uploading this evidence to send to the administrator, or made a report on the forums and avoided all contact with Lucky Ducky.

Moral of the Story

At the end of the day, there was wrong here on both sides. On multiple occasions you taunted him, such as your first death where you called him "Salty". Taunting players breaking the rules is surely only going to blow up in your face, not to mention the fact where everytime you died you went to another district only to meet Lucky Ducky. I'll speak to him about his RDM's, but next time you're in a situation like this please don't taunt the reported player or follow them around, it only escalates the situation which is the last thing you want.
