Story - Basicly, i callled him "Terrible staff" and he warned me.
He tp'ed me to a roof.
I continued to say it so he kicked me.
I just was saying "i do think your terrible staff though"

I dont have a recording of it. J0E says he does, and crystal says he has a recording of my voice at the time. Both Have not given me it though...

I think this deserves some sort of punishment.
Its ridiculous if i cant give my opinions on staff members without being warned.

You weren't stating it as a opinion. You said you are a bad staff member, don't lie. You never said "I think".
Then I asked you to quit saying it for like 15 times, you continued, which you shouldn't have done.

You said it once, I walked away, you continued and said it again, then I brought you up to a roof and told you what you did wrong, then you said "But you are a bad staff member" which isn't a opinion anymore. That's why you got warned and you still continued it and said it an additional 15 times and I asked you 15 times to not do it.

He can call you a bad staff or a terrible staff it's his opinion if he thinks you are a bad staff member. Of he called you a shit staff that could be disrespect. You cannot when someone for their opinion on your staffing ability unless they use disrespectful words and name calling etc. The warning is technically false.
Saying you are a bad staff is still an opinion it's stating what he thinks or has heard which can influence his opinion into saying or thinking your staff abilities are bad.

Bump again, I kinda want an answer

he can say that you are a bad staff member all he wants. But if he is told to stop, and refuses to stop then its something that he can be punished for. As stated in the rules "Staff's word is final" I will look into this.

He had the complete option to put me away from him instead of kicking me.

If you persist after warnings you have it coming. You're free to state your opinion but spamming it is not allowed.

In my experience of being a staff member , there will ALWAYS be people that will say stuff like "You shouldn't be mod" or "You're a bad staff member" usually because they don't get what they want.You should just ignore them or tell them to stop.If they don't simply mute them.You shouldn't let them get on your nerves , it's simply what comes with being a staff member.

Reading over both stories, the warning looks to be false but the kick was deserved as you didn't listen to the staff and continued to not listen to him. Stating or calling a staff member "Bad, not good, crappy, etc." are just opinions from the person saying it and shouldn't be punished for doing so. I'll speak to mycherrycrush about this and your warning will be removed, thanks for the report.
