In my experience of being a staff member , there will ALWAYS be people that will say stuff like "You shouldn't be mod" or "You're a bad staff member" usually because they don't get what they want.You should just ignore them or tell them to stop.If they don't simply mute them.You shouldn't let them get on your nerves , it's simply what comes with being a staff member.
