What did the Staff Member(s) do?:
Basically Joker messes round with me a lot, freezing me etc. Just being a minge, but the out of the blue today he started to shoot me with an LMG everytime he saw me the first times were funny, but then when I was busy doing F1's or looking for rule breakers (While on duty). In the proof that you will see, he kills me twice with help from Knoa and the stun stick abuses DEADMONSTOR without any reasoning behind it. I did break NLR but to see if he would carry on doing it. Joker had RDMed me many times before the recording, but I failed to screenshot or record.

Moderators on duty are allowed to walk around, and no rules that are RP related such as NLR apply to them. Though, you should try your best to avoid interfering with other RP. It seems like you were interfering with JokerMan's RP even if it was just joking around. I recommend you avoid playing around with RPing players, staff or not, next time. My question is why do you keep teleporting towards him and ruining his RP, that is more my concern and then have your friend record it trying to get him in trouble.(( hence why you upload this))
If you wanted to ask him stuff you could have used Admin chat
People should seriously stop reporting people for small stuff , they should confront them about it
instead of going to the forums
This issue could have been resolved with a simple talk
